This website
The site you're on. No framework: a small Node build script, an A* shop floor in the header, a command palette, and a blog I write in a web editor.

Step 1 of 4
Pages CMS
Posts, projects and profile details are edited in Pages CMS, which saves them as Markdown and YAML files in the GitHub repo.
Step 2 of 4
GitHub
The whole site, content included, lives in one repository, so every change has a history.
Step 3 of 4
Build
build.mjs turns the content into HTML with no dependencies to install. Markdown parsing and YAML are vendored in the repo.
Step 4 of 4
GitHub Pages
A GitHub Actions workflow builds and publishes the site on every commit to main.
How it's built
See the colophon for the details: fonts, the build, the A-star floor and keyboard shortcuts.
